Il s’utilise pour parfumer les plats mijotés, les oeufs, les crudités, les marinades,…attention toutefois à ne pas le cuire à feu vif car le sucre qu’il contient a tendance à caraméliser et cramer (sauf si c’est l’effet recherché…)

Si le Paprika est originaire d’Amérique du Sud, il est cultivé en Hongrie à partir du XVIème siècle, pour notre plus grand plaisir !

Ce paprika doux est obtenu à partir du piment doux récolté à pleine maturité puis séché et enfin réduit en poudre.
