Thé vert à la menthe Parfum de Médina des Jardins de Gaîa.

De la Médina de Marrakech à celle d’Alger, en passant par Tunis, prenez le temps d’une pause. Boisson nationale en Afrique du Nord, ce savoureux mélange de thé vert délicat et de menthe est idéal pour partager un instant convivial.

Idée recette :

Faites infuser 4 cuillères à café de PARFUM DE MEDINA  dans ½ litre d’eau frémissante (75°C). Laissez infuser 3-4 minutes et filtrez. Versez l’infusion ainsi obtenue dans une cruche remplie de glaçons.
Selon l’envie, ajoutez quelques feuilles de menthe fraîche !
Cette technique permet d’obtenir un véritable thé glacé, sans amertume, ne nécessitant pas d’ajout de sucre.
Pour une boisson au goût intense, mettez 3 cuillères à soupe de PARFUM DE MEDINA dans 1 litre d’eau froide, laissez infuser au minimum 5h au réfrigérateur, dans l’idéal une nuit. Et régalez-vous !
