Sa belle liqueur, d’un orange intense, développe sur un arrière-plan malté et légèrement boisé de magnifiques saveurs de confiserie, évoquant tour à tour la guimauve, l’abricot et les raisins secs. Recette thé glacé :

Faites infuser 4 cuillères à café de “Le jour se lève” dans ½ litre d’eau bouillante (95°C). Laissez infuser 3-4 minutes et filtrez. Versez l’infusion ainsi obtenue dans une cruche remplie de glaçons.

C’est prêt, bonne dégustation !
